We want every Ekhaya customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn't right, we'll fix it — no unnecessary hassle, no runaround.
Our returns policy
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately — at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm your return and provide instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Send the item back in its original packaging.
- Once received, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. We'll always make this clear on the product page before you buy.
