Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to homes and businesses across South Africa, including major cities and most regional and rural areas.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send your tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to make changes.
Returns & Refunds
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return, exchange, or refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Send us a photo of the damaged item along with your order number via our Contact page. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment details. We never store your card information.
Products
Are your products quality-tested?
Yes. Every product we stock is selected because it works in a real home. We don't list products we wouldn't use ourselves.
Do you restock sold-out products?
We do our best to restock popular items. If a product you want is out of stock, contact us and we'll let you know when it's available again.
